Accounts / Bookkeeper (Full-Time)
Location: Rhodes / Sydney NSW
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + super (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are a growing property development and construction group seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts / Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a small team environment and is comfortable handling a broad range of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing invoices and payments
• Assisting with payroll
• Supporting BAS preparation and liaising with external accountant
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• General administrative support as required

About You
• 1–4 years’ experience in a similar accounting / bookkeeping role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in MYOB (preferred)
• Good understanding of basic Australian accounting practices
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Experience in construction or property industry
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional setting
(due to regular interaction with a diverse client and consultant base)
